Overview

Starting Salary: £12.71+ (depending on experience)

Location: Glasgow G2 8BL (5/7 - with some weekend working required)

Your role

* Execute stock requests in an accurate and timely manner
* Ticket and file away the stock deliveries in the relevant storage areas
* Prepare web orders to go out to the stores (boxing/packaging/quality control) and ship to customers
* Monitor warranty activations for luxury watches
* Administer all email and telephone requests from the branches as required
* Receive branch transfers from stores and stockroom and report any discrepancies
* Assist with the daily/weekly tasks of overstocks, damages, branch requests, price changes and company directives
* Log and process DPD uplifts for customers
* Assist with: Special Orders, Customer Repairs, RTMs and web order picks
* Assist with all aspects of the admin for the customer success team


Requirements

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience working in a fast paced, luxury retail environment is desirable, but not essential
* Ability to work with own initiative and as part of a wider team
* Good communication skills
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
