Job Overview
Work with the Business Support Manager and Deputy Operations Manager in the delivery of a 24/7 Emergency Bed Service and conference call service within the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead each day shift, whilst fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of the emergency bed service e.g., receiving regional referrals and coordinating beds/cots, working together with one or more coordinator(s).
* Line manage a team of multi‑skilled EBS coordinators who deliver a 24/7 Emergency regional service, including management responsibilities such as annual appraisals, performance and staff sickness management.
* Provide administration support to the Business Support Manager and Senior Management Team including audits, governance, data, minute taking and diary management.
* Support the PaNDR team and users, managing and supporting the Emergency Bed Service Team to ensure a high‑quality service is delivered.
