We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager with a strong background in restaurant operations to join our front of house catering team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in leading, motivating, and developing teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage restaurant operations from a supervisory level and above
* Motivate, lead, and develop staff teams
* Ensure compliance with current Health, Safety, Licensing Legislation, Food Safety, and health and safety Regulations
* Develop and implement customer care standards and procedures
* Communicate effectively with team and customers
* Train staff and promote team development
* Maintain a self-motivated, analytical, innovative, and assertive approach
* Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy
* Demonstrate tenacity while being a good team player
