Coulter Elite Resourcing are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow their clients online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and building strong online communities.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
* Create engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) for various platforms
* Manage company profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
* Plan and execute paid social media campaigns
* Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates
* Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports
* Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships
* Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
* Work with influencers and brand partners when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
* 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
* Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
* Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
* Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media analytics
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills
* Experience running paid ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
* Basic video editing skills
* Influencer marketing experience
* Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics
