Concierge Position
The Concierge plays a vital role in providing excellent service to our hotel guests. Acting as a key point of contact, the concierge assists with information and services related to the hotel and local area. Operating 24 hours, the concierge desk is the hub for organizing guest activities and responding to a wide range of requirements.
The warm welcome and service from our Concierge team enhance guests' experiences, reflecting our genuine, authentic hospitality, which requires the skills of exceptional professionals.
You will draw on your knowledge of the hotel, local area, and relationships with local businesses and suppliers to ensure guests’ requests are met promptly.
What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you may have formal hospitality training or relevant qualifications. What will set you apart is your in-depth knowledge of London and the surrounding areas. Experience as a concierge, especially within a luxury brand, is preferred to understand our environment and guest profile.
The role is demanding and fast-paced. You should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, communicate clearly, and build relationships with guests and key contacts inside and outside the hotel. A can-do attitude and commitment to service excellence are essential.
