What does the job look like?
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will drive excellence while managing the day-to-day operations. This role requires you to work morning shifts starting at 05:00am.
Key areas include:
1. Accountability for all operational aspects of the branch and ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to
2. Assisting in the coordination and supervision of employees
3. Supporting daily planning, resource allocation and staff rostering to ensure smooth and efficient operations
4. Maintaining excellent customer service levels with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee delivery requirements are achieved
5. Driving initiatives to maintaining and improve OH&S programs
