Location – Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid – minimum 2 days in office following successful probation)
Working hours – Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:15

Are you a Senior Client Accountant looking for your next exciting role? Do you have experience, or an interest in Property? We are looking for a talented Senior Client Accountant to join our expanding Client Accounts team, focusing on Lost Sites and service charge accounting delivery.
The role is responsible for preparing and finalising service charge accounts, including Interim and Final accounts packs for lost sites, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to clients and new managing agents while maintaining compliance with industry legislation and best practice.

Job Description
Preparation and finalisation of service charge and statutory accounts (RMC/RTM)
Delivery of Interim and Final accounts packs for lost sites
Liaison with auditors, clients, managing agents and internal teams
VAT reporting, budgets and ad hoc financial reporting
Resolving account queries and maintaining accurate reporting trackers
Supporting workflow delivery and meeting KPIs and deadlines
Skills & Experience
Part-qualified or qualified (AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
Experience preparing service charge accounts
Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
Highly organised, client focused and able to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Property sector experience desirable
