A leading provider of specialist community-based healthcare services is seeking a Deputy Operations Manager to join their growing Complex Care division. The Role
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll help ensure the smooth and compliant delivery of community-based complex care services across multiple regions. You’ll be responsible for service performance, governance, quality assurance, and leadership of operational teams to maintain exceptional standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations of complex care packages, ensuring safety and compliance.
* Support and guide Care Coordinators, Nurses, and Team Leaders.
* Lead audits, staff supervisions, and service reviews.
* Liaise with commissioners, ICBs, multidisciplinary teams, and families.
* Support the development of new care packages and onboarding of staff.
* Participate in safeguarding investigations and root cause analysis.
* Drive continuous improvement and promote professional growth within the team.
About You
We’re looking for an organised, motivated leader with a passion for quality care and operational excellence.
You’ll bring:
* Experience in a management or leadership role within healthcare (e.g. Deputy Manager, Operations Lead, Senior Coordinator).
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and compliance frameworks.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Flexibility to travel regionally and support operational needs.
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
