You will be joining our Community Based Services team, whilst supporting our frontline service in this essential receptionist/helpdesk role.

Could this be you?
Being part of a reception team covering Monday-Friday 9am -5pm your focus will be to oversee our Head Office reception, ensuring a presentable and welcoming environment. You\'ll be responsible for greeting visitors and people accessing CCP services.
Organisational skills are a must, as you\'ll be coordinating meeting room diaries and ensuring the rooms are prepared for use. You\'ll also help to support our Community Pantry by receiving and processing donations, managing the flow of Pantry visitors through reception, and signposting to external agencies if required.
You\'ll have great communication skills, to answer and transfer incoming telephone calls. You\'ll maintain confidentiality and security on the Helpdesk, and ensure Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.

Position: Receptionist - Head Office (1011)
Hours: Part-time, 15 hours per week (Mondays and Fridays)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Cheltenham
Pay: £9,828 pa (£24,570 FTE - Band A)

Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be compensated with time off in lieu. An extra day of leave accrues for each completed financial year (capped at 5). Purchasing additional holidays is capped at 5 per year.
Contracted staff only. Business mileage (45p a mile) is paid for any daily miles over and above the distance from your home to the allocated workplace location and back. You\'ll need a well-maintained vehicle with valid tax, MOT and Insurance covering business use.
