Aspiring Educational Psychologist – Psychology & Criminology Graduate (Hatfield)
This is a full-time, term-time role in the education and training environment, ideal for a graduate who is keen to become an Aspiring Educational Psychologist and gain hands-on experience supporting children with special educational needs, behavioural challenges, or social-emotional behaviours.
Location: Hatfield
Pay: £88-£95 per day
Hours: Full-time, 08:30 – 15:30, Term-time only
Start: Immediate or September start
The Role
* Work alongside SENCOs, Educational Psychologists, and support staff
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
* Help develop and deliver tailored interventions
* Gain first-hand experience with EHCPs, behavioural strategies, and learning support techniques
* Support students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD and other additional needs
Requirements for an Aspiring Educational Psychologist
* Degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field
* A genuine passion for child development and inclusive education
* Ability to commute to Hatfield
* Excellent communication and empathy skills
* Experience working with children (in any capacity) is desirable but not essential
* A desire to pursue a career as an Educational Psychologist
