Job Title: Document Control Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Document Control Specialist to manage and create Pallet Tag IDs for all incoming ingredients and materials. This role involves receiving inbound materials and performing data entry into NetSuite for the receipts of these inbound materials. Additionally, you will assist with sending out customer samples and support the full implementation of NetSuite.
Responsibilities
* Create Pallet Tag IDs for all incoming ingredients and materials.
* Receive and process inbound materials.
* Perform data entry into NetSuite for the receipts of inbound materials.
* Assist with sending out customer samples.
* Support the full implementation of NetSuite.
Essential Skills
* Experience in quality assurance and quality control.
* Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and USDA regulations.
* Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
* Understanding of food production processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Proficient in data entry.
* Strong attention to quality.
Work Environment
This position operates during the 1st shift. The work environment is centered on ensuring the highest standards in quality and safety, adhering to regulations and best practices in the industry.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
