This isnt about starting from scratch, its about taking a successful foundation and scaling it to new heights. ?? What Youll Be Driving Elevating Partnerships - Focus on strategic, high-value relationships with ISVs, system integrators, and solution providers, especially those innovating in AI, IoT, computer vision, and automation. Enterprise Impact - Shape go-to-market strategies with partners that resonate with large organisations and industry leaders. Regional Influence - Adapt strategy to reflect local markets, languages, business norms, and compliance standards across the EMEA region. Revenue Ownership - Drive growth through co-selling, joint offerings, and performance-driven collaboration. Cross-Functional Leadership - Collaborate across sales, product, marketing, and operations to ensure partner alignment throughout the customer journey. Innovation Mindset - Leverage cutting-edge tools (including AI) to maximise efficiency and impact. ? What You Bring Proven success in senior channel, partner, or business development roles across EMEA, especially in tech, hardware, or enterprise solutions. Solid grasp of partner ecosystems: ISVs, VARs, MSPs, and SIs. Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build enterprise relationships that deliver results. A strategic, commercial mindset and the flexibility to navigate diverse regional markets. Technical know-how or certifications in IT, edge computing, or AI (bonus points!). ??
