About the Role
This role is ideally suited to a qualified accountant seeking to transition from audit or commercial finance into a strategic advisory environment, with direct exposure to transactions, value creation initiatives, and senior client engagement.
Responsibilities
* Prepare high-quality business plans, financial models, information memoranda, and strategic financial forecasts
* Support the execution of live transactions across the full deal lifecycle, from origination through to completion
* Conduct market research and identify prospective acquisition targets, investors, and buyers
* Assist with company valuations, exit planning strategies, and fundraising activities
* Deliver and support financial due diligence engagements
* Analyse financial and commercial performance to support strategic decision-making
* Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring a high standard of service delivery
* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, advisers, and transaction teams throughout deal execution
Qualifications
* Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Background within Audit, Transaction Services, or Commercial Finance
Required Skills
* Strong analytical capability with excellent financial and commercial acumen
* Demonstrable interest in Corporate Finance, M&A, or Strategic Advisory
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
* Full UK driving licence

Pay range and compensation package
* Competitive base salary of £55,000
