MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
* Responsible for the supervision of customers whilst in the centre and the maintenance of
safety standards in line with agreed Procedures and Emergency Action Plan.
* Responsible for the control and supervision of all activities within the centre setting up
and dismantling equipment as required by daily programme.
* Responsible for the health, safety and welfare of all customers and staff within the
centre.
* Supervise and direct employees ensuring completion of scheduled daily tasks and
completion of associated documentation.
* Undertake Personal Development Reviews with designated employees.
* Provide a high standard of customer care at all times responding to any complaints,
queries or requests in a professional manner in liaison with the Contact Centre.
* Unlocking and locking of the leisure centre as required.
* Deal with incident/accidents and administer first aid as required, following recording and
reporting procedures for incidents and accidents, including safeguarding.
* Maintain a high standard of, cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the building at all
times, working with staff and daily check sheets.
* Responsible for security.
* Undertake and review risk, manual handling and other assessments as directed.
* To demonstrate a commitment to equality and diversity in both the delivery of services
and to staff.
* Provide cover in any area of the building, where qualified, to ensure continuity of service
to customers.
