We're hiring for an experienced and motivated Retail Leader to head up our established Newcastle store - a high-profile, multi-brand location that's fast-paced, customer-focused, and full of potential. Your Role as Store Manager
As Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the store's performance and culture. You'll bring your leadership experience to a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate retail team across multiple fascia
* Creating an engaging customer experience through exceptional service and store standards
* Driving commercial performance through strong P&L accountability and KPI analysis
* Supporting team development with structured training and clear progression plans
* Owning recruitment, onboarding and ongoing coaching
* Maintaining effective stock control, compliance and operational excellence
* Delivering visual merchandising that reflects our brand and seasonal campaigns
What We're Looking For
* A proven Store Manager or Retail Manager from a fashion, lifestyle or large-format retail background
* Hands-on leadership style with a focus on coaching, mentoring and empowering your team
* Strong understanding of retail operations, stock, visual merchandising and compliance
* Comfortable working with KPIs, budgets and commercial data to drive results
* Passionate about delivering service excellence and supporting individual customer journeys
* An interest in fashion, lifestyle or outdoor retail is a bonus - but not essential
