You will be part of a small but effective Executive team, you will support the writing, editing and publication of two publications issued across the Army and wider MOD. You will assist other branches in briefings to Army personnel on courses, in front line units, and at personnel related conferences. You will assist in converting Director Personnel’s Exploit intent into tangible direction and guidance to other branches to amplify their own work. You will conduct personal communication with other Directorate staff, and external organisations, to coordinate Exploit efforts and advise on the best way to ensure their work reaches the right audience. Finally, when there is a need, you will contribute to the Executive Branch’s efforts to react to dynamic fast-moving issues that require rapid work.
