Role Overview:
We are seeking a Receptionist to handle cash, reservations, and guest satisfaction, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Adhere to health and safety policies
* Greet guests warmly
* Maintain hygiene standards
* Manage reception area and computer systems
* Handle cash and balancing tills
* Operate switchboard and handle inquiries
* Maintain records and bookings
* Process outgoing mail
* Coordinate with departments on bookings and guest info
* Follow security procedures
* Promote hotel services
* Maintain cleanliness of lobby
* Handle customer complaints and requests
* Maintain personal hygiene and appearance
* Communicate effectively with staff and management
* Attend training as needed
* Check deliveries and maintain sales records
* Ensure safety of staff, guests, and property
* Report incidents and maintenance issues
Skills and Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK
* Good command of English
* Professional appearance
* Transportation due to location
