You will collaborate closely with the General Manager to:

* Ensure smooth operations while adhering to health & safety and compliance regulations.

About You:
As our ideal Assistant General Manager, you will:
* Have experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
* Demonstrate experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals.
* Possess skills in financial planning and management.
* Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
