This is a part-time role with flexibility to work 3 days across Monday - Thursday and the opportunity to grow your skills in a nurturing environment. About the role:
As a member of the EHS team you will play a key part in supporting the rest of the team with essential administrative tasks that help ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
What you'll be doing:
* Keeping our management systems up to date and audit-ready
* Coordinating training, internal audits, and schedules
* Managing invoices and purchase orders
* Organising and digitising important documents
* Supporting the team with data entry and reporting
* Helping maintain first aid supplies and defibrillators
* Building positive relationships with colleagues and suppliers
* Supporting the development and follow-up of action plans
Who we're looking for:
* Experienced in administration or coordination roles
* Detail-oriented, dependable, and discreet
* A great communicator who enjoys working with others
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
* Comfortable using IT systems and digital tools
* Open to learning, Health & Safety knowledge is a plus, but not essential (we'll provide training)
