What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of a supportive team helping students grow in confidence, independence, and self-belief. Some days you’ll be celebrating small wins; others you’ll be helping a student realise they can achieve far more than they ever thought.

Have patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support young people
Have experience in education, childcare, coaching, youth work—or you’ve studied something relevant and want to put your skills to real use

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
