About the role
We’re seeking a Credit Control Administrator for our Finance teamin our Swindonoffice, to join our professional, friendly and growing Finance team.
Day to day, you can expect your responsibilities to include:
1. Answering the direct Credit Control telephone line, monitoring the Credit Control mailbox and actioning queries and requests
2. Dealing with instalment plans and ensuring payments are received in accordance with agreed payment arrangement
3. Chasing small value debts
4. Processing client card payments in accordance with the firms policy and procedures
5. Processing scheduled monthly reports and distributing accordingly
6. Completion of new vendor forms
7. Assisting the team with requests from Client and Fee Earners for copy invoices, statements and any other bill queries
Whilst this role is based in Swindon there will be the opportunity for you to work with other fee earners based at our other offices.

8. Experience of working in a finance/office environment
9. Credit Control experience preferred but not essential
10. Strong administration experience
11. Basic knowledge of accounts
12. Strong IT skills
13. Clear and concise communication skills
