In this role, you will lead and deliver completion design projects with global impact, support implementation and mentor other engineers. You’ll work with teams worldwide to apply the safe and commercial viable designs, knowledge and tools to current and future projects.

What you will do:
* Support implementation and share best practices.
* Mentor engineers and help develop their skills.
* Collaborate with regional teams to deliver reliable wells.
* Lead completion design and operations programs in the well delivery workflow for well-specific designs where a BoD does not exist.
* Lead or support design projects with global reach, working with suppliers on qualification testing and system integration tests (SITs) to deliver new completion designs.
* Provide execution support to implement new designs in collaboration with the well integrity and reliability team, advisors and regional wells teams.
* Provide global leadership in sand control design and knowledge, including continuous improvement efforts, design support and operations support where needed.
* Work with regions to define long-term design and technology needs, including support for ADP refresh hopper projects.
* Develop design solutions for all regions and document them in the field-wide completions basis of design (BoD) for upper and lower completions. Revise existing field-wide completions BoDs to maintain the standardization agenda led by the central team.
* Lead completion design for the Concept Select, Optimize and Define stages of the major projects common process (MPCP) for all new major projects. Include BoD and collaborate with subsurface teams for well productivity input.
What you will have:
* Experience in design, execution and analysis of cased and/or openhole gravel packs (planning, operations and tool systems)
* WellCat, Prosper, PackPro, software (GAP, Reveal is also helpful but not mandatory)
* Experience with designing/conducting SITs, equipment assurance, and fluid chemistry & proppant testing
* Experience in Well Installation/Rig operations
* Experience in Major Projects Common Process(MPCP)
* Competency in Completions BoD development
