How you’ll make a difference as a Senior Early Years Educator
* By working closely with the Room Leader to guide and support teams in delivering high-quality care and learning experiences, ensuring all activities align with the EYFS framework.
* Through assisting teams in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities that promote children’s learning, curiosity, and development.
* By building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.
What a Senior Early Years Educator needs
* Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
* Excellent understanding of EYFS.
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

We expect all staff and volunteers to uphold this commitment, and safeguarding training is a fundamental part of every role. All colleagues are required to complete regular training to ensure they understand and fulfil their responsibilities. A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate is mandatory for all positions, and this role will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our safeguarding duties.
