Powtoon's Mid Market practice is expanding, and we are seeking a talented and experienced Mid Market Account Executive to drive sales and support our long-term growth.
You will join our team at our offices in Aldwych, central London.
The responsibilities of the Mid Market Account Executive include:
* Researching organizations and individuals online, especially on social media, to identify new leads and markets
* Driving new business through proactive prospecting, independently and with an SDR
* Conducting discovery conversations to uncover client pain points and align Powtoon's value with measurable outcomes
* Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and schedule meetings
* Developing quotes and proposals
* Negotiating and renegotiating deals via phone, email, and in person
* Planning and executing new marketing initiatives
* Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
* Meeting and exceeding sales quotas, demonstrating a strong drive for success
What We’re Looking For
* A person who enjoys engaging with customers and solving their problems
* A proven hunter with success in competitive markets
* Comfortable collaborating with an SDR and self-sourcing leads
* Expertise in consultative selling, value articulation, and storytelling
* A listener-first approach with the ability to challenge and inspire buyers
* Experience selling into enterprise L&D or HR teams is a significant plus
Minimum Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role within an online software or tech company
* Extensive experience in B2B outbound enterprise sales, including C-level engagements
* Experience working with US enterprise C-level clients
* Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
* A proven track record of achieving sales quotas
* Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LeadIQ
* Native English speaker
* Ability to analyze spreadsheets and charts is beneficial
* Understanding of sales performance metrics
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to deliver engaging presentations
* Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant experience is highly desirable
* Familiarity with the Powtoon platform is a big plus
