In this role, you will spend two days per week teaching learners on campus and three days per week visiting apprentices in the workplace to assess their progress. You will deliver training and mentoring across a range of trades, ensuring learners are fully supported both in their technical skills and in their wider development. The successful candidate will hold at least a Level 2 vocational qualification in a construction trade and have strong hands-on experience across multiple areas of building and maintenance. Previous teaching or assessing experience is not required, as full training will be provided.
