What you’ll achieve
As the Delivery & Professional Services Director, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and implementation of Dedalus solutions across the UK and Ireland, ensuring high-quality professional services, strong customer relationships and sustainable operational performance.
The role provides strategic and operational leadership for all delivery functions, including implementation, project management, consultancy and service transition. The Director ensures that customer deployments are delivered on time, within budget, aligned with revenue forecasts and to the expected quality standards, supporting the broader strategic objectives of Dedalus in the region whilst making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
1. Ensure successful implementation of Dedalus solutions for healthcare providers including NHS organisations and private healthcare systems.
2. Drive a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
3. Provide executive oversight for major strategic programmes and complex implementations.
4. Build and develop a high-performing services organisation aligned with Dedalus values.
5. Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders within NHS trusts, HSE/Health Boards and healthcare systems.
6. Ensure effective forecasting, budgeting, and financial control across delivery activities.
7. Identify opportunities to improve services offerings, delivery models, and operational processes.

Essential Requirements
8. Significant experience leading professional services or delivery organisations within Healthcare Technology or Enterprise Software.
9. Proven track record delivering complex digital transformation programmes.
10. Experience working with NHS/HSE organisations or healthcare systems.
11. Strong leadership experience managing large, multidisciplinary delivery teams.
12. Demonstrated capability in programme governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
13. Commercial awareness including services revenue and margin management.
14. Ability to influence and engage with Group peers and functions where there is no direct control/responsibility.
Desirable Requirements
15. Experience delivering large scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) or other complex hospital information and diagnostic systems.
16. Experience working within large international technology organisations.
17. Familiarity with healthcare interoperability, digital transformation and data platforms.
