Job Description
Whether you're new to supporting people and fancy a career change, or have years of experience in care, you will receive the training and support you need to do your job well.
We are looking for carers who would like to work for a friendly, professional and long established organisation. We cover Locks Heath, Shirley, Whiteley, Park Gate, Sarisbury Green, Netley & Portswood
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring the individuals that we support lead valued and fulfilling lives

* This job will allow you to make a real difference and find new levels of job satisfaction.
* An hourly rate of £13 - £28 extensive benefits such as paid weekends, Bank Holidays and mileage allowance at 0.35p -0.45p per mile you can combine your passion for social work with the security of regular work.

Qualifications
Even if you've never thought about working in care, you probably have the life experience and skills we're looking for: kindness, empathy and patience.
If you have a knack for making people smile, then you already have the skills to be a great Care Professional, so no prior experience of care is required. All your paid training will take place at our office in Southampton with our award-winning training team.
