The Role
This Junior Operations Manager position is an entry-level role aimed at someone at the beginning of their management journey.
You’ll work on-site in Liverpool city centre, closely supporting experienced leaders while learning how sales activity, campaigns, and team performance are managed in real time. This is a practical role where you’ll be involved in daily operations rather than observing from the sidelines.
You’ll develop a strong understanding of how campaigns are structured, how teams are supported, and how performance is measured and improved.
What You’ll Be Learning & Doing
Throughout your training and development, you’ll gain exposure across key operational and commercial areas, including:
* Supporting the daily running of sales and campaign activity
* Assisting with the planning and execution of customer-facing campaigns
* Learning how performance metrics and KPIs are monitored and reviewed
* Helping organise sales teams, schedules, and activity plans
* Working alongside senior leaders to understand decision-making and priorities
* Developing skills in coaching, feedback, and team support
* Supporting reporting, compliance, and operational standards
Progression & Development
As you grow in the role, responsibilities will increase and may include:
* Overseeing sections of campaigns and daily targets
* Supporting team motivation, development, and performance
* Contributing to KPI reviews and performance discussions
