We are looking for a Night Manager to join the team at Botleys Mansion, one of the UK’s most prestigious exclusive-use wedding venues. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in delivering seamless overnight operations while helping create unforgettable wedding experiences for our couples and their guests.
----------------------------------- The Role
As Night Manager, you’ll take ownership of the venue overnight—ensuring the safety, presentation, and smooth running of Botleys Mansion after the celebrations end and before the next day begins.
You will:
* Take responsibility for the venue during overnight operations
* Provide a warm, professional presence for resident wedding guests
* Support late finishes and early starts around wedding delivery
* Ensure security, compliance, and safety procedures are maintained
* Prepare the venue for the following day’s events and services
* Liaise effectively with the daytime management team for smooth handovers
* Respond confidently to guest needs and unexpected situations
* Maintain the exceptional presentation standards expected of a Harper Weddings venue

We’re looking for someone who is:
* Confident working independently and taking responsibility for a premium venue overnight
* Calm, practical, and solution-focused under pressure
* Experienced in hospitality, hotels, events, or guest services (preferred)
* A strong communicator with excellent guest-facing instincts
* Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable managing safety procedures and building security
* Professional, personable, and proactive
Previous experience as a Night Manager, Duty Manager, or senior hospitality team member would be highly advantageous.
