Our client, an award-winning flexible working space, has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join their team!
The role:
As an integral part of the team you will help drive standard, support occupancy growth, develop the host team, and ensure the workspace runs smoothly.
* Support the workspace manager with full day-to-day operational oversight of the site
* Step up as acting lead when the Workspace Manager is away
* Train, coach, and support the host team
* Welcome members, manage enquiries, and ensure smooth move-ins and outs
* Lead and support workspace tours
* Support with billing, admin, and systems
* Work with contractors and suppliers
* Conduct health & safety and compliance checks
Key skills/experience:
* Leadership experience in a customer service, hospitality or front of house role
* A people-first approach with strong communication skills
* Organised, reliable and confident in managing multiple tasks
* Proactive and solution-focused
* Comfortable with computer systems and confident picking up new tools
