Description
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:
1. Bank reconciliations
2. Assisting in updating cash flow statements
3. Journal preparation and processing
4. Managing mailbox
5. Accounts Payable support - raising purchase orders, reconciling bank accounts, uploading bank transactions onto the system
6. Accounts Receivable support - raising sales invoices, ensuring debt is settled within agreed terms
Profile
The ideal Finance Assistant will have:
* Experience in a similar finance role
* Good Excel skills
* Experience using finance systems
