Senior Project Manager
Essex (Onsite, with travel)

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in retail displays, joinery, and installations to lead exciting projects from proposal to onsite delivery.
Join a small, skilled team at a fast-paced creative production company in Essex. You'll manage client-facing projects, collaborate with internal and external teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly from workshop to site install.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage full project lifecycle: proposals, planning, production, and installs
* Coordinate install logistics, scheduling, and resource planning
* Liaise with production teams, subcontractors, and clients
* Oversee calendars for install teams and workshop priorities
* Lead meetings, report on progress, and inspire collaboration
What We’re Looking For:
1. 5+ years in project management (retail or creative production ideal)
2. Strong understanding of joinery or event/stand builds
3. Confident communicator across all business levels
4. Excellent scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination skills
