The Role
Reporting directly to the Services Manager, you will work closely with an Exeter based Service team. Your primary responsibility will be the completion of warranty and annual service work for Gas, Electric and Solid Fuel heating appliances. The role will include diagnosing faults and repairing appliances in a timely and cost-effective manner.
The Vacancy
Alongside warranty work, the role includes carrying out the maintenance of Gazco and Stovax appliances within dealer showrooms and completing chargeable annual servicing and repair work for our customers, with the aim to retain the customers servicing requirements for the next year. Travel to most areas of the UK will be necessary and will involve being away from home for up to 4 nights per week. The role will provide a fully equipped van, laptop/iPad and phone.

Location and travel: This role covers a pre-determined area with travel to various UK locations and occasional overnight stays. Travel requirements and location support will be discussed during recruitment.
