Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our growing team. This is a customer-facing role where you will act as the main representative for individuals and families searching for their new home. Your priority will be to deliver a positive, informed and supportive experience while guiding clients through every step of the purchasing journey.
Responsibilities
* Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to home handover.
* Proactively achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
* Conduct viewings, demonstrations and guided tours of show homes and sales areas.
* Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Ensure show homes, sales offices and unoccupied properties are always presented in immaculate condition.
* Build and sustain positive relationships with potential buyers, existing customers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold our values of teamwork, integrity and clear communication.
Skills and Experience
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in new homes sales or a similar residential property role.
* Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
* Confident negotiator with strong influencing skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and comfortable working with CRM or database systems.
* Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic, professional, and attentive customer care.
* Resilient under pressure, able to prioritise and manage multiple demands effectively.
