£30k plus depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:
* Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Support the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high standards of care.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainability.
* Engage with families and external stakeholders to promote the service.
* Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in care and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a managerial role within adult services.
* Strong understanding of CIW regulations and quality standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
