Responsibilities
* Ensure that any documentation/paperwork completed is legible, clear, and accurate.
* Daily use of machinery, booking of all transformed ingredients following system process and standard operating procedures to accurately label and provide full item/batch traceability.
* Collecting ingredients from storage areas – Chills, Ambient and freezer.
