Are you a dynamic and inspiring PE Teacher (Female) eager to empower young women through physical activity in a modern and progressive school in Hillingdon? We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our PE department, starting September 2025. About the Role:
* Deliver engaging and challenging PE lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with a focus on female participation.
* Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that cater to a variety of sporting abilities and interests, ensuring all students are challenged and supported.
* Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including fitness training, team sports, and individual activities, to enhance student learning.
* Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual development.
* Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level PE examinations, ensuring they have a strong understanding of assessment criteria.
* Contribute to the development of the PE curriculum and resources, with a focus on female participation.
* Foster a love of sports and physical activity in students, encouraging them to develop their skills and confidence.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
* Contribute to extracurricular sports activities and school teams, particularly those focused on female participation.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong subject knowledge in Physical Education.
* Demonstrated ability to teach across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
* Experience in preparing students for GCSE and A-Level PE examinations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate female students of all sporting abilities.
* A passion for sports and a commitment to promoting female participation.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
