The Role
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our repair teams and ensuring the workshop runs efficiently. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, managing, and delivering the right parts at the right time, enabling the delivery of top quality repairs to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
14. Accurately identify, source, and order parts for repairs
15. Collaborate with technicians and estimators to ensure parts availability
16. Maintain stock control and reduce waste or delays
17. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
18. Ensure all parts processes meet company standards and audit requirements
What We’re Looking For
19. Previous experience in a parts advisor or similar role (automotive or accident repair preferred)
20. Strong organisational and communication skills
21. Attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
22. IT literate with experience using parts management systems
23. A reliable team player who values doing things properly
