We are looking for a detail-oriented Call Centre Admin Support to join our team. The role involves data entry and processing of study reply forms, handling incoming calls from staff, participants, and others, and carrying out general administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and shredding.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £14.51 per hour + holiday pay
Key Responsibilities:
* Data entry/processing – including logging in study reply forms and entering data into bespoke data entry system.
* Taking telephone calls - from site staff/participants/other and referring appropriately
* Any other general administrative tasks – including assisting with printing tasks, general filing and shredding
Selection Criteria:
* Previous relevant administrative experience
* Data entry experience
* a good understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
* Ability to work accurately, paying close attention to detail
* Effective organisational skills
* Ability to communicate clearly with a good standard of spoken and written English
