We are seeking a Year Mentor to provide support and guidance to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and personally. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people within our Catholic school community.
Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only.
Responsibilities

Requirements / Qualifications
* A caring, approachable individual with excellent communication skills
* Experience working with young people in an educational or pastoral setting
* A person with strong organisational skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* A commitment to supporting the holistic development of every child
