Compliance Analyst- Insurance We are currently hiring for a compliance analyst to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6 month contract. Inside IR35 Hybrid- 2 days a week onsite The Compliance Analyst will effectively contribute to putting in place, and the delivery of, an effective compliance monitoring program (included within the Compliance Plan). Assisting in the oversight of compliance processes to ensure appropriate advice in relation to regulatory matters is provided to the business in an effective and efficient manner. Assisting in the oversight of due diligence for a variety of new business opportunities and verify a range of controls across existing operations. Assisting on the oversight of Compliance Function’s responsibilities in relation to the Conduct Risk framework and associated policies and procedures. Supporting the Head of Compliance in managing the regulatory relationship with the key regulators including the PRA, FCA and Lloyd’s (and relevant overseas regulators). Supporting the Head of Compliance in maintaining the Conduct Risk Framework Skills and Experience Some awareness of the regulators’ requirements and preferences based on demonstrable experience in Compliance Excellent understanding of the general insurance industry and ideally the Lloyd’s market
