We provide care in a range of locations including people's own homes, specialist clinics, hospitals, low and medium secure units. Person Specification
Qualifications
* Degree in Pharmacy at a British School of Pharmacy, or recognised equivalent
* Registered Member of General Pharmaceutical Council.
Knowledge, Training and Experience
* Highly developed specialist clinical knowledge and skills
* Good knowledge of local and national guidelines regarding medicines
* Experience of working in hospital pharmacy
