We have a great career opportunity for a Highway Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading Highway Contractor, based in Bedfordshire .
Salary: £55,000 - £58,000 + Car / Allowance, Overtime, Bonus & Benefits
Ideally, we require candidates with experience in the UK highway sector. The role includes the planning and supervision of reactive and cyclical highway maintenance repair schedules, including minor road repairs, footpath asset management, crash barrier replacements, traffic management and winter maintenance.
The incumbent will also have some responsibilities in ensuring that the depot is well managed, as well as working with the commercial team to control costs.
