We’re looking for a Client Success Adviser to ensure a best-in-class experience for our customers. Someone who can effectively handle technical queries, build strong relationships with our clients, and understand our technology in depth. We love competitive, high-energy individuals who never back down from a challenge!
What you'll be doing:
* Liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis by telephone and email
* Managing and updating a customer database on a day-to-day basis
* Delivering expert-level service to educate and inform the client on how to use the service
* Identifying retention and cross-selling opportunities, and to consultatively sell solutions to the client
* Liaising with team management key departments to maintain strong communication channels
* Gaining a high level of knowledge of our products to maximize client engagement with the product
What you'll need:
* Ability to work under pressure with a constant positive outlook when being faced with complex client issues
* Planning, presentation, and negotiation skills, coupled with excellent written and oral communication
* Effective personal organization; self-starter with drive, ambition, and creativity
* The ability to build valuable relationships, both internally and externally
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
