Key Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with all incoming telephone calls, accurately taking messages and dealing with client issues.
2. Keeping the main data base up to date.
3. Sending out information to clients.
4. General administration.
Personal Requirements:
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Confident with Word & Excel
7. No industry experience required, just bags of enthusiasm!
