Multi-Trade Plumber

Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £34,027 per hour based on a 37.5 hour working week, 1.5X paid after these hours
On Call - £1,950 in addition per annum (Paid door to door for on call)
Use of company Vehicle for private use
The Multi-Trade Plumber will provide both planned and reactive maintenance services across multiple sites and sectors, with a strong emphasis on plumbing and drainage. The role involves delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, fault finding, and small installations, while also supporting other building fabric and multi-trade tasks. This role requires flexibility, technical skill, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities for the Multi Trade Plumber
1. Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Repairs, and Installation works on systems
2. Domestic and commercial hot & cold-water systems
3. Sanitary ware installations and maintenance
4. Drainage systems (internal & external) including unblocking, repair, and jetting
