We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team on a Bank basis. Working hours will cover annual leave or sickness, allowing you to work around your current commitments. Our Pharmacy is open Monday to Saturday from 08:30am to 16:30pm (5-day working week, Saturdays on rotation).

Main duties of the job
You will support the provision of pharmacy services for all patients at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Southampton. This includes ensuring that prescribing and administering medication adhere to best evidence and practice, providing coordinated medication information to patients during discharge planning, and offering post-discharge care.
About us
You will be an experienced GPhC-registered Pharmacist with knowledge of legal requirements for the supply and storage of medications and controlled drugs. Experience in a hospital environment is advantageous but not essential.
