Residential Specification Sales Manager
The Role: The Residential Specification Sales Manager will be covering East Anglia, Essex and Cambridgeshire for a world leader in fiber-cement building products with a focus on residential applications with national, regional, and local housebuilders. This is a specification heavy role and as such you will be conducting at least three CPD's per month to Architects and Designers within Housebuilders, as well as looking to alter existing specifications that may be using products that are timber or brick based in design.
60% of the role is with the Housebuilders and working at all levels of decision maker & influencer. You'll be working as part of a wider team across the region and leads will be coming your way from your peers in other divisions as well as you being able to feed them also. As such there is a team target on the area which everyone is responsible for and therefore lone wolves need not apply.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
7. Have a track record of selling through specification to architects, housebuilders, or other contractors
8. Understand building envelope product ranges or other heavyside building products
9. Strong communication and presentation skills
10. Based in East Anglia, Essex, or Cambridgeshire
11. Understands the supply chain in the construction market
12. Activity driven, understand commercials, and can back up figures
13. Full & Clean Driving license
Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 DOE + 20%-40% bonus (with added multipliers) + Car (Hybrid) + Pension + 24 days holiday
