BAND: 4 JOB PURPOSE: To assist the Regional Investment Planning Team in ensuring that regional, area and estate-based investment programmes, plans and strategies are in place to deliver the Asset Management Strategy and 10 Year Investment Plan. REQUIREMENTS: 1. i) Possess a BTEC National Diploma or equivalent Level 3 qualification(s)* OR ii) Possess five GCSEs at Grade C or above - to include Maths and English or equivalent level qualification(s)* and at least 3 years continuing professional development/experiential learning.
