Responsibilities
* Own client relationships – keep them informed, anticipate needs, and deliver exceptional service.
* Coordinate complex projects – liaise with technical, quality, and production teams to keep everything on track.
* Drive continuous improvement – embrace lean principles and help us stay ahead in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Qualifications
* Strong technical knowledge of rotating machinery and systems.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Commercial awareness and experience in a similar role.
* Ideally, an HNC or equivalent in engineering.
